Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: All sales may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering by calling +1.734.645.9001 or emailing sales@vanmurphybed.com
Refunds: All products may be evaluated for exchange or return on a case by case basis. Products must not have been installed and in like new condition.
Any refund will be minus all shipping costs and a 15% processing fee.
VMB will always accept returns on faulty products and provide replacements at no cost.
Shipping
VMB products are shipped in custom packaging to ensure safe delivery.
In the event the products are damaged during shipping, the customer is required to wait for inspection from the shipping company as well as to take specific pictures of the damage to the part and packaging, within 25 days of delivery.
VMB will not be responsible for repair or replacement of damaged products if an inspection doesn’t occur.
Please let us know immediately if products sustain damage during their time with the shipping company. Do not repair parts or dispose of packaging until the claim resolution process is finished.
